Reservation & Cancellation policy.
Reservations with 50% payment for confirmation. No refund on reservations cancelled with in 7 days of check in date / No shows. 50% of refund if reservation is canceled between 8 – 15 days from Check In date. 100% refund if reservation is canceled 16 days prior to Check In date. For group reservations & corporate conferences, management reserves right to apply retention charges as it deems fit. Management reserves right to cancel all reservation holdings for which payments are not made in stipulated time mentioned by the reservation desk in confirmation slips /E-mail / Fax etc..
